Impact: This is the baseline required to launch Level the Paths as a full-time mission. Reaching this goal provides the dedicated leadership hours necessary to manage our multi-site pilot, handle the administrative foundation of the consultancy, and plant the seeds for a national movement. This milestone turns the vision into a full-time reality, ensuring the 2026 pilot has the focus it deserves from day one.
Level the Paths, Inc. is a Michigan nonprofit corporation. We intend to apply for recognition of federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in April 2026. If our application is approved by the IRS, contributions made after our date of incorporation (March 4, 2026) are expected to be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We recommend that donors consult with a tax professional regarding the current deductibility of their contributions while our federal status is being established.
